For a creamy dressing, combine 1/2 cup plain yogurt with 1TB of spice blend and whisk with 1 TB wine vinegar and 1TB EVOO. Add a little water for thinner consistency.
Also great as a seasoning for sheet-pan chicken, vegetables or lamb.
Fantastic to season a turkey burger, simply mix 1 tablespoon of blend with 1 pound lean ground turkey. Form into 4 patties. Cook in skillet with 2 teaspoons EVOO and serve with sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and avocado.
