Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise; 1/2 cup ketchup; 1/4 cup yellow mustard; 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish; 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked white pepper; 1/4 teaspoon roasted garlic powder; 1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika; 1/2 teaspoon coriander; 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Every hamburger joint has their own special sauce. They are all essentially made with mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and sweet pickle relish. This recipe makes a few spicy adjustments for a deeper flavor.

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked white pepper
1/4 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk together.

This sauce recipe is created for hamburgers, but it makes a great salad dressing too.

More About This Recipe

This sauce is better when you make it ahead of time, giving the spices a chance to infuse their flavor. Feel free to add more garlic to this recipe or even a bit of cayenne pepper.
