I prefer to make my own tahini as needed. The toasted sesame seeds are amazing for this purpose.
I love Gochugaru Chile flakes for making my homemade gochujang paste, so fresh and delicious!

Better than I had thought it would be.
Not as spicy as pepper in some KimChi I have had, for which I was glad, but very nice flavor.

Great hot pepper flakes!
I love the Korean chili flakes without the seeds. I use them in all kinds of dishes (stir-frys, soups, casseroles, etc.) They have a pleasant kick but are not abusive!
