Depending on how the berries are harvested, pepper vine berries (aka Piper Nigrum) produce green, black, and white pepper. Green pepper is picked before it ripens to maturity, making the flavor of our Green Peppercorns clean and zesty, rather than the hot fruitiness of black pepper.
