Cook cauliflower for 8-10 min. in 2" boiling water.
Drain & place in 2 qt casserole dish.
Stir seasonings into melted butter and spoon over cauliflower.
Sprinkle on bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20 min.
