Regular chili seasoning is easily confused with chili pepper. When a recipe calls for chile pepper, it means pure ground chiles. Mild chili seasoning, on the other hand, is a blend of ground chiles and other ingredients. Our flavorful chili powders are all salt free, mixed by hand 1500 times and triple sifted to produce just the right color and taste. Use 1-3 tablespoons per quart of chili.

Hand mixed from sweet ancho chile pepper, cumin, garlic, and powdered Mexican oregano
