Great on almost all types of seafood, our Chesapeake Bay Seasoning has about 20% less salt than standard seafood seasonings. Its complexity means that it’s also nice in a barbecue or cocktail sauce, or even on beef or poultry. Sprinkle it on any type of whitefish, shellfish or shrimp, and use it to season chowder and fish soups. Blended in the East Coast Bay Area style from salt, mustard flour, paprika, celery, chili pepper, black and red pepper, dill weed, dill seed, caraway, allspice, cardamom, thyme, ginger, powdered bay leaves, mace, cinnamon, savory and cloves.
