Our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is a best seller during the summer grilling season. The best testimonial we’ve received for this blend came from a native Jamaican attending school in the US, who told us it was so authentic it made him homesick! For real jerk flavor, it’s worth the extra time it takes to make a marinade, but if you're not into marinades the flavor is still great sprinkled over ribs, chicken and grilled shrimp. Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is blended from white onion, garlic, Kosher flake salt, sugar, allspice, green onion, cayenne pepper, shaker black pepper, thyme, powdered habaneros, nutmeg, cinnamon and ground sage.
