
Wonderful cardamom
Very fresh and so fragrant.
Cardamom is a popular flavor in Indian curries, Middle Eastern stews, and Scandinavian baking. These seeds come from green cardamom pods, but have been decorticated making them easy to grind with a spice mill or mortar and pestle. Since cardamom seeds lose flavor quickly once ground, many people prefer to buy whole cardamom seeds and grind only the amount needed for a recipe. Ingredients: Cardamom seeds.

This is the first time buying from The Spice House and this was one of 6 products I bought. Have the seeds twice and some of the others and they are outstanding in both quality and price. Will be ordering more. The packaging was wonderful.
Buying cardamon seeds in the flatpack is the best way to buy them. The seeds keep well and the flatpack is handy. You have probably tasted the wonderful flavor of cardamon in a Christmas stollen. It’s also great in Indian recipes,eg “butter chickenll” I made Norweigen boller rolls
which is a pretty simple yeast recipe and it turned out great The flatpacks are space saving they stand up so you can easily your measuring inside the flatpack
I can no longer not think of a use for cardamom! Great to keep in the microplaner I also got from SH, grinding into chocolate recipes is awesome-- used with sweet potato chocolate cake and this made it!
Wonderful flavor and aroma It’s that flavor that you get in the Christmas coffee cake. Also. can be used in Indian Butter Chicken For a real treat bake the Norwegian Boller recipe found on this site
The seeds will keep indefinitely, but please remember to grind them first before using
