The use of fennel spice dates back thousands of years. Hindu and Chinese people used to use it as a cure for snake bites, while during the Middle Ages, Fennel was hung above doorways to ward off evil spirits. Our Ground Fennel Seeds add a sweetness to traditional dishes from Italy and the Mediterranean, the Middle East, and Scandinavia. It blends wonderfully with tomatoes, seafood, and pork. Ingredients: Fennel seeds.
And an excellent addition to my rye bread.
Great!
My sauce taste just like italian old school Chicago
While I don’t mind grinding my own, it’s handy to have it already ground for a quick add
I am glad you have the ground fennel. It is very hard to find in stores.
It is very good.
