I received a sample of this with an order and I have been hooked on it since. I do occasionally use it for pasta sauces but I really love it as a rub for grilled chicken, pork and even vegetables. Very versatile.

Great Italian flavor

Delicious but only for small dishes that 2 people can eat that will finish and leave no leftovers as this one can’t be shared with my dog as there is garlic in it and that is toxic for dogs but I do have other spice blends from them that do not have garlic!

Never stop making this blend please!

I ordered this when it was in a gift set a few years ago for my husband who loves to cook and our family has become obsessed with this blend since then, and we buy it regularly all the time now. It goes well with so many things. Highly recommend it is absolutely delicious, and not too heavy handed on the garlic and onion which I appreciate. Most Italian blends depend too much on garlic and it overpowers the taste but this one you can taste all the various spices in it which we love.

It’s so fresh tasting, and I love the blend! Fennel… yum. I even use it in scrambled egg! It just gives wonderful flavor to anything you are cooking, be it meats, soups, or salads, sauce, or Pizza! I always order multiple jars, and gave one as a little gift to my beloved 88 year old Italian neighbor who came to the States in1964. She’s got the extra kitchen in the basement kind of Italian, and if you know, you know… she’s the real deal. She loves this blend too. That’s good enough endorsement for anyone!
