
Italian Blue Ribbon Chicken
This blend is an obvious choice for any cut of red meat, but also works wonders on grilled pork chops and braised portobello mushrooms. Whisk a spoonful of this seasoning into equal parts olive oil and red wine vinegar to craft an outstanding marinade for poultry and gamefowl.
This blend is an updated version of our Historic Third Ward Seasoning.
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic, juniper berries, rosemary, and scallions.

Back when this was 3rd World Italian I called it Secret Spuce because very thing I used it on got compliments. Most versatile spice combo in my cabinet. Great also in bloody marys!
This has become my new favorite spice blend! Perfect for grilling steaks.
This makes a perfectly seasoned grilled steak. My new fav! Also great on potatoes. Just cut Yukon Golds in half, sprinkle with the Italian Steak put in grill pan with olive oil and butter. Turn over for grill marks and finish in oven. Yum.
