This blend is an obvious choice for any cut of red meat, but also works wonders on grilled pork chops and braised portobello mushrooms. Whisk a spoonful of this seasoning into equal parts olive oil and red wine vinegar to craft an outstanding marinade for poultry and gamefowl.
This blend is an updated version of our Historic Third Ward Seasoning.
Ingredients: Salt, pepper, garlic, juniper berries, rosemary, and scallions.

This is a perfect blend of Italian and Steak seasonings. Adds wonderful flavor to steaks and pizza - so far. I know I will be adding it to other foods too.
I bought this for my all-grilled-meat-ALL-the-time husband to audition and it's now his #1 fave. I keep a permanent (rotating) spare flatpack in my freezer so he NEVER runs out.
Sugar free blends are for us on a Keto diet. Italian steak seasoning is a go to blend for us. It replaces the garlic pepper blend that has sugar. It is on the first shelf of my spice cabinet. I use it regularly on grilled beef, chicken and fish.
Is very good and delicious. However, it still is not the original Historic 3rd Ward Seasoning that was over the top amazing. I miss it and would like to have it brought back.
Also would like this sold in a larger package. I use it on everything from eggs to veggies to steak , chicken and pork. This small package is just not enough and very expensive that way.
