Two Ingredient Bagels

Add a few shakes of Italian seasoning to the dough. After forming bagels, brush with an egg-wash and sprinkle on top garlic salt and minced/dried onion flakes. Serve hot with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

Yield: Makes 2 bagels

Two Ingredient Bagels Recipe

Preparation Instructions

Mix above ingredients with a spatula in a bowl. When dough comes together, turn out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead for a minute (sprinkle additional flour onto dough if dough is too sticky). Divide dough into 2 balls and pat down into patties. Gently create a hole in the middle of the patties so they look like donuts.

Air fryer directions: 360 degrees for 6-7 minutes (or 350 degrees for 10-11 minutes)

Oven directions: 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Yield: Makes 2 bagels
