We crush the rosemary before mixing so you won't experience any prickly needles. Mix 1 teaspoon of Italian herb blend into a cup of tomato sauce to make flavorful sauce for pizza, veal or eggplant Parmesan, spaghetti or other pasta. To improve the taste of a store-bought pizza, crush herbs between your palms and sprinkle over the top before baking. Rub onto meat before cooking to season Italian-style roast chicken or fish. For a quick lunch, top plain boiled pasta with a splash of good olive oil, a grind of fresh pepper, and a generous sprinkle of Italian herbs.
