King Creole Seafood Chowder
Buttery cod filets, fresh shrimp, and zesty Louisiana spices make this creamy soup unbelievably savory. Great served with cornbread or rice.
Paprika, onion, and thyme give this blend a classic creole flavor profile, livened up with a little pepper heat. Not too salty or spicy, this blend is perfect for use in cooking, but it also stands up as a rub for roasted meats or blackened fish. Shake it straight onto prepared food instead of salt and pepper for a little cajun twist. This blend was previously called 'King Creole Seasoning.' Ingredients: Salt, paprika, garlic, onion, pepper, chiles, oregano, thyme.
I have used many of the spices but this is one of my favorites Not to hot not to spicey just the right combination of both Wonderful!
This seasoning is my favorite on salmon. My young daughter even asks for it. We love it generously sprinkled onto salmon with a bit of butter sautéed in a pan. Makes a fast and tasty lunch.
Have been buying this ever since I found it while looking for other spices from Spice House. It was originally called King Creole Spice. It has that perfect amount of heat without burning your mouth! I do a lot of Cajun and Creole cooking and ALWAYS reach for this one !!!
