Natural and pure tasting extract . . .

I am very pleased with this peppermint extract. It is not overpowering nor artificial tasting. Like some other extracts such as Almond, it is strong and a little goes a long way. I don't use peppermint extract often so I'm pleased that the flavor has not diminished in the bottle over time.
I deducted one star simply because the bottle doesn't pour well. The extract either pours too much at once or just dribbles down the side of the jar when I try to pour just a drop or two out of the bottle. It may also be the properties of the extract itself but appears to be the shape of the top of the jar. I have to pour it into a measuring spoon then tip out the excess. It's my only complaint.
