Passover Sponge Cake
Our Lemon Extract has a wonderfully strong lemon flavor for all your baking needs. While the lemon flavor in this extract comes from the pressing of the outer peel which contains the essential oil of the lemon, you can still add a drop to any recipe that calls for lemon juice to enhance and strengthen the flavor. Add 1/8 teaspoon of this extract anywhere you want rich lemon flavor, including pound cakes, cookies, lemon chiffon cake, cheesecake, custards, or lemon meringue pie. Ingredients: Ethyl alcohol, natural oil of lemon, water.
