A Gift from the Sea
I gave a jar of Porcini Sea Salt to each of my sons. They like to cook, as I do. They loved it!! The best thing about spices is that they are a welcome gift, even to those fortunate souls who have everything. And they get used up, so one can give spices again and again! Two days after Christmas, I had lunch with one of my sons, who had dressed some pasta with a sauce perked up with the Porcini Sea Salt. Definitely yummy!
