
Caribbean Style Squash
We use only the highest quality ingredients in this fine baking blend. This blend enhances zucchini bread and banana bread, carrot cake and coffee cakes,sweet potato pie and, of course, pumpkin pie. When squash is abundant in fall and winter, try it in your squash dishes such as soups and raviolis. To add the taste of autumn into your morning routine, sprinkle this spice mixture on your French toast and in your lattes. Ingredients: Cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, mace.
We use the pumpkin spice on our oatmeal every morning. It has a subtle mix of flavors that cannot be detected in grocery store pumpkin pie spice. We mix in a little cinnamon, a little milk and some fresh blueberries and have a real gourmet breakfast.
