Ingredients: 3 Pounds Chicken Wings; 6 Tablespoons Soy sauce; 4 Tablespoons Rice wine vinegar; The Spice House Chinese Five Spice (2 or 3 Teaspoons); 2 teaspoons Honey; The Spice House Granulated Garlic (1 teaspoon); The Spice House Cayenne Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)

Sticky, spicy, and scrumptious. Chinese Five Spice's flavor is very akin to American BBQ.

3 Pounds Chicken Wings
6 Tablespoons Soy sauce
4 Tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
2 or 3 Teaspoons Chinese Five Spice
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Split the chicken wings at the knuckle. Place them in a mixing bowl.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth. For a hotter sauce, add the cayenne.

Pour mixture over wings, cover and marinate in the fridge overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 10-20 minutes until wings are crispy and internal temperature reaches 160F.
