This is among our most versatile seasonings, but is especially good on game, duck, pork, and fish due to the its notes of orange and lemon. You can also use it to liven up a gravy or sauce. This blend was formally called, "Florida Seasoned Pepper."

Lemony Baked Tilapia
This is a garlic, lemon, pepper flavored tilapia. The 3 spice blends I use have a lot of overlap on the garlic, lemon & pepper flavors, but each brings a little something different along with i...
I'm really enjoying this blend! Goes great on chicken (particularly wings), and another neat surprise was using it on an underperforming NY strip we purchased recently. Cooked with my same foolproof technique, but it was just not. good steak. I only really use salt, but figured I'd try some of this on it. Bam! Made it totally enjoyable to the last bite. Will surely buy again.

Delicious and versatile
It's very flavorful with a good citrus flavor and a bit of a pepper bite which I loved. I've used it on chicken and roasted veggies. Delicious on both. I'd definitely use it on salmon the next time I grill. I think it would be great to add to a vinaigrette.

Wonderful Aroma
It smells so good, I want to use it on everything! Today we will try it on our home-made pizza. So delicious on a fresh green salad. I am a "blender" of many of the Spice House spices so I can't give advice on "how to use" ... whatever I blend seems to work out perfectly. I do have my favorites but that is personal taste. I blend Toasted Onion Dip generously in sour cream + Mediterranean Herbal Blend; we love it! Microwaving small Golden Potatoes drizzled with olive or avocado oil and seasoned generously with Toasted Onion Dip - YUM! Just wish the Toasted Onion Dip did not have MSG but it's so delicious I have been ignoring that! : ) I have discontinued use of almost all spices except for Flat Packet spices from The Spice House!

My go to for chicken
This is one of my fave spice blends of all time. I see most often to season chicken I add to a warm salad w/vegetables.
