With a seriously intense smoke flavor, this 10-fold strength powder will make anything taste like it spent hours in a smoker. Use sparingly to impart the sweet, hearty flavor of hickory in meat rubs, BBQ sauces, chili or meat stew, or homemade sausage or bacon.


This 10-fold strength Hickory smoke powder is made on a gluten-free maltodextrin base, which dissolves easily in liquids for a smooth, even flavor without adding extra moisture. Used in small amounts, it adds a rich smoke flavor that can make any meal taste like a barbeque. Add a little Hickory smoke powder to hamburger meat or chicken to up your grilling game, or mix into veggie burgers or meatless chili for a heartier flavor.
