I used it on a steak, it was delicious. I love your spices because they are fresh and pungent. I just got the the Italian mix and it smells so good. I’m making spaghetti sauce tonight. And the Saigon cinnamon is wonderful!
Not what I expected. Thought I ordered a one a little more exotic than the one I have. An error on my part I guess.
My brother in law who was Ethiopian introduced me to Berbere when I live in DC, however since I relocated to the south it is very hard to find an Ethiopian grocery store, thank goodness you carry this product. It taste just like what I bought in their store. I use it on beef, chicken and lamb. So so good!
I love this blend. It’s hot but not painful. Haven’t found anything this is NOT good on!
