Mexican Chorizo Seasoning

Mexican style chorizo is a fresh version of Iberian sausage. Make your own by combining 2 tablespoons of Mexican Chorizo seasoning and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar per pound of ground pork or ground tofu and mix well. Rest in the fridge overnight, then braise it for tacos or brown it with diced potatoes for a spicy hash. Upgrade your tacos in other ways with our taco seasoning or chili powder.

The Best

I moved to Tennessee from Arizona and have yet to find a place that makes chorizo similar to what I've grown up having. I found this company and have been ordering this mix regularly for a year now. The only thing that I have to do is double the mix & vinegar to make it taste authentic.

Delicious and easy to prepare

My husband loves chorizo tacos or scrambled eggs and chorizo. He thinks this is so much tastier than store bought varieties. Definitely worth trying!

Authentico !

You have captured the authentic taste of Chorizo with this blend and your recipe. My Great Uncle, who rode with Pancho Villa in his youth, would be proud to serve it. Amazing 🤩

Authentic Mexican Chorizo

I lived in Mexico for 11 years. I bought my chorizo every Sunday at the Mercado Sobre Ruedas (Farmers Market) When I moved back to California there were lots of quality chorizos in the Mexican markets that abound in SOCAl.

When I moved to New Jersey there was nothing! Zip. Nada! Now I buy a pound of ground pork, add two tbsp of this spice, two tbsp of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and I am in my happy place.
