Mexican Chorizo Seasoning

Mexican style chorizo is a fresh version of Iberian sausage. Make your own by combining 2 tablespoons of Mexican Chorizo seasoning and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar per pound of ground pork or ground tofu and mix well. Rest in the fridge overnight, then braise it for tacos or brown it with diced potatoes for a spicy hash.

This chorizo seasoning mix has a satisfying heat and is perfect for tacos, burritos and enchiladas, egg dishes or any other way you can imagine. This chorizo seasoning is blended in small batches from Kosher salt, ancho chile, guajillo chile, chipotle chile, garlic, cumin, oregano, Tellicherry black pepper, cayenne, bay leaf, Ceylon cinnamon and clove.
