Vanilla Extract, Pure Double-Strength Madagascar "Bourbon Islands"

This vanilla extract is also known as a bakers twofold vanilla, which means you need only use half of what the recipes calls for, which comes in handy for white cakes and frosting. Though you can use half as much, most of our customers use the same amount and enjoy the intense vanilla flavor.

This extract made from 200 beans per gallon, as opposed to the single strength, which is made from 100 beans per gallon, through a slow,  cold process to maximize the depth and intensity of flavor.  Most of our customers who buy this love vanilla flavor and use as much as they would of single strength for a stronger vanilla taste.
