I have grown lemon thyme in the past, but I love having this in my kitchen. It is so versatile: it can be used on so many things that you want to add a touch of lemon to. I have used this on any roasted or steamed vegetables, on chicken, with olives for snacking, in soups, stews, salsas, salad dressing, and more that don’t come to mind right now. Just taking a whiff of this will put a smile on your face... it is such an uplifting aroma. If you enjoy lemon, you will enjoy this.
