Almost works as a flavor enhancer
I expected this spice to add tanginess to the dishes which it does in an appreciable amount but I find this elevates the flavor of the dishes as well. I have noticed a difference in the taste of my dishes when I don't use this spice. Highly recommend this spice in curries, pasta, dips etc.
