Ingredients: 1 cup regular mustard powder; 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar; 1/3 cup brown sugar; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 tablespoon lemon juice; 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Not quite Carolina-style barbecue space, but certainly inspired. Try this over pulled pork or as a condiment for cajun hot links.

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients in a sauce pan and let simmer for about 20 minutes. It will get very thick, the consistency of frosting.
