Make your own by combining 2 tablespoons of Mexican Chorizo seasoning and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar per pound of ground pork or ground tofu and mix well. Easier than making it myself. Instructions on the bag have me adding vinegar. A bit too much, but some is needed
