Lampong Indonesian Black Peppercorns

These small, dark berries pack an aromatic punch with citrus and pine flavors and quite a bit of heat. Grown in Indonesia’s mountainous islands, these berries are picked while young to retain a sharp, hot flavor.

These peppercorns may not have the fruity depth of our popular Tellicherry pepper, but they have an incredibly complex aroma and a bolder, hotter taste. They are a great choice for Southeast Asian cooking, standing up to strong flavors of the region.
