For a tasty marinade, mix together 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning, 2/3 cup vegetable oil and 1/3 cup lime juice or vinegar. Soak thin strips of chicken, pork, and flank or round steak and let marinate in the fridge overnight. Toss the entire mixture in a hot cast-iron skilled and quickly cook until done. To enhance flavor and make a pretty presentation, add some strips of bell pepper and onion slices. Serve inside of flour tortillas with sour cream and guacamole on the side for a tasty, easy meal that pleases all palates.
