Diced Red Bell Pepper

This large, sweet, colorful pepper is known by its botanical name in Australia, New Zealand, and India where it is called capsicum. In North America we call it a bell pepper because of its shape. It takes 10 pounds of raw bell peppers to make one pound of our dried sweet red bell peppers.
