Spices are an integral part of baking. A snickerdoodle without cinnamon would simply be a sugar cookie. That's why we proudly offer three kinds of freshly ground cinnamon. Our baking blends are principally selected with sweet baking in mind, but don't feel limited by these designations. Our bakers are also fond of ground pepper and coriander in apple pie, thyme and rosemary in lemon bars, and mild ancho chilies in brownies and chocolate cake.
