Garden Potato Salad
Although it’s called a salad seasoning, it has an extensive list of uses: it’s wonderful on baked chicken, for garlic bread, in white cream sauces, in pasta dishes, and sprinkled over potatoes. This blend was previously called 'Garden Salad Seasoning Dip and Dressing Mix.' To make a dip: Blend 1-2 tablespoons of our Garden Salad Mix with a cup of plain yogurt or sour cream for a dip. For a salad dressing: Mix 1-2 tablespoons of the Garden Salad blend with one cup mayonnaise (or swap sour cream or yogurt) with a splash of red or white wine vinegar to thin it out and give it some zip.
Ingredients: Romano cheese (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes, sodium phosphate), sesame, poppy, salt, onion, garlic, pepper, chives.
My husband has never been a big veggie eater. I sprinkle some of this on sautéed or roasted veggies and he eats the veggies. I also add this to mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, soups, sauces, scrambled eggs, frittatas, you can add it to so many things. Delicious!
All of the spices arrived in one box organized box. Each package was sealed and the colors were bright. The salad mix makes the salad taste wonderful.
Great for salad dressing and multiple other uses
Just tried it on eggs and vegetables. Can't wait to try it on salads and pasta...maybe rice. Yum!!
This seasoning mix is so versatile and delicious. I sometimes sprinkle it directly on a salad prior to mixing in the oil and vinegar, and it adds such a wonderful flavor! I have also mixed it with sour cream as a dip, which is equally delicious.
