FYI, you get 4 servings of 2TBL each in this pack. This will make a cruet full of dressing with 2/3 c. EVOO and 1/3 c. red wine vinegar. I like to add a squirt of dijon too. You could also add a TBL or 2 of Mayo to make a creamy Italian. The dressing mix is very good, much better than the packaged good seasons. Everyone I serve this too loves it.

A Keeper
I bought this spice on a whim because we eat salads almost everyday and I really like this spice because it is so much more simpler to make a carafe of dressing without having to doctor up this mix with more add ons. I am going to try out more of your products.

Love this one!
This blend is even more amazing after adding more to the flavor profile and taking out some sugar! I love this for my Italian pasta salads in the summer when the cherry tomatoes are in abundance. You can also make a creamy italian dressing too with mayo or sour cream and that I use for broccoli salad!
