warm, but also wonderfully aromatic
Not just heat...cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander. And no salt, no sugar, if it matters; and if it doesn't, then you get to apply the amount of salt you want. Also makes it great for my standard flavor infusion trick with VERY lean meat...olive oil and soy salt, spiced as you please. Works with chicken/shrimp (go a bit lighter) and simply awesome on 92+% ground lean beef, venison, elk, or buffalo.
If I had to limit myself to 1 "red" spice blend, it's this one.
