I've been shopping at The Spice House, starting in Milwaukee decades ago before my move to Chicago in 1972. My husband and I do almost all of our own cooking, so I order spices from you at lot. Merguez has been one of my favorite blends. But the major changes to the formula may take it off my future shopping list. The order of ingredients is different, with the salt now overbearing when it used to be subtle. The balance of flavors is totally different, and less pleasing and harmonious. Also, it's much heavier in the lemon flavor (which I have found to be true about many blends with lemon from you,) and it tastes fake. No cane sugar or lemon oil in the original. Very disappointed in this major change.
