Good Intro for newbies. Still experimenting!

Admittedly, I wanted something quick to sub in between making batches of the real thing. It has good flavor, but I don't find it as spicy as my weakest batch. Good thing I can always add some gochucharu! It was a bit of a fail when I sprinkled it on rice for poor girl's kimbap; but this might be good to make a quick Korean cucumber salad. I enjoy Virgin Marys, and switching this out for hot sauce or horseradish has been EXCELLENT!

Great spicy blend for all foods.

This spice is excellent and I use it on my scrambled eggs and in my soups and stews. I like the bite it gives that is not to overwhelming. When I traveled overseas in the Military I had Kimchi and that was really hot
