I love this garam masala. I used to toast and grind my own garam masala but this blend is so flavorful that I’ve stopped making it myself.
Great for making Japanese chicken curry, chicken saag, chicken biryani and other curries. This is my third purchase of garam masala in a year; it’s that spectacular!
