Use this blend on any meat or fish you want to have a smoked flavor. It is also fantastic for creating your own jerky. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per pound for chicken, chops, ribs, or steaks. Ingredients: Kosher coarse flake salt, paprika, ground celery seed, hickory smoke salt, garlic and onion powders, sugar, Tellicherry pepper, turmeric, sweet curry powder, ground caraway seed, ground dill seed, powdered bay leaf, fenugreek, ground thyme, savory, basil, marjoram, tarragon, chervil, parsley, rosemary, and dill weed.
