Use this blend on any meat or fish you want to have a smoked flavor. It is also fantastic for creating your own jerky. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon per pound for chicken, chops, ribs, or steaks. This blend was previously called 'Smoke House Seasoning, Old Virginia Style Hickory Spice Blend.' Ingredients: Paprika, kosher salt, spices, cane sugar, celery, garlic, onion, hickory smoke salt (salt, smoke flavor, silicon dioxide), turmeric, parsley, arrowroot.

This is the best seasoning for barbeque I've ever purchased anywhere. The perfect combo. Ideal for ribs, awesome on pork chops, lovely on chicken.
