Harissa is a fragrant and spicy North African condiment made from chilies, oil, garlic, and spices. This traditional harissa is made on the Mahjoub family estate in Tebourba, Tunisia, where the local cuisine traditions have been handed down for generations.

Made with organic peppers, garlic, and olive oil grown on the Mahjoub estate, this harissa is characterized by its grainy consistency and its slightly smoked flavor. Use spicy harissa paste as a condiment on bread and sandwiches, or even in grilled salmon recipes. Ingredients: organic sun-dried pimentos, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic garlic, sundried tomatoes, salt, coriander, caraway seeds.
