Turmeric has a special chemical compound called curcuminoids that are some of nature’s most powerful antioxidants. Ashwagandha, one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurvedic healing, has been used since ancient times for a wide variety of conditions, and is most well-known for its restorative benefits.

Jar, 1/2 Cup, 1.7 oz.


  • 2 ounces water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ashwagandha
  • 1 teaspoon pro-biotic
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 4 ounces steamed almond milk (or your favorite dairy or non-dairy drink)

Preparation Instructions:

Boil water and let it set for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add all dry ingredients to a tall container for mixing. Then add the water that has cooled for 10 minutes and mix thoroughly. Then the honey and mix thoroughly. Next add the steamed milk and there you have it. One very healthy Tumeric tea latte!
