Cinnamon evokes a certain nostalgia in all of us. It's tiptoeing into Grandma's kitchen to sneak a snickerdoodle from the cookie jar. It's waiting in line for funnel cake at the state fair. It's thumb wrestling for the last cinnamon roll at the brunch table. This flight of freshly ground cinnamons and cinnamon-maple sugar shows you the nuance and magic of the world's tastiest tree bark. Start with citrusy Ceylon cinnamon, dabble in classic Korintje, and take in Saigon cinnamon's fiery sweetness.

Saigon Ground Cassia Cinnamon

Among the myriad of spices the world offers, the Saigon Ground Cassia Cinnamon holds a revered place, often hailed as the epitome of true cinnamon flavor. Harvested from the lush landscapes of Vietnam, this cinnamon variety is distinctive in its potency and aroma. We grind the Vietnamese Cinnamon bark in house, and it produces a dark, rich cinnamon with quite a bit of spiciness. We love this cinnamon in sweet baking recipes where cinnamon is the starring flavor - especially cinnamon rolls, French toast, and apple pie. It’s by far our favorite cinnamon. Also available in Cracked Saigon Cinnamon. Visit our blog to learn about the different varieties of cinnamon.

Korintje Ground Cassia Cinnamon

Hailing from the pristine highlands of Indonesia, Korintje Ground Cassia Cinnamon is a sensory delight, known for its intense aroma and full-bodied flavor. Recognized by its darker shade and robust fragrance, this particular variety of cinnamon showcases the rich terroir of the Sumatran regions. Often favored by chefs and culinary aficionados, Korintje brings the mystique of Indonesian islands straight to your kitchen, promising an exotic twist to your favorite dishes. Korintje Cinnamon is the cinnamon of choice for commercial bakeries because of its flavor, flexibility, and low cost. We only buy the highest grade A version, unlike what you would find in most grocery stores. Also available in Whole Korintje Cinnamon Sticks. Visit our blog to learn about the different varieties of cinnamon.

Ceylon Ground Cinnamon

Quite distinct from cassia varietals, cinnamon from Ceylon (aka Sri Lanka) is the preferred kind in Europe and Mexico. With a low volatile oil content and a subtle, intricate flavor, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder pairs well with milk, cream, custard, and cooked fruit. It is a key flavor in Middle Eastern tomato sauces. Also available in Whole Cinnamon Quills. Visit our blog to learn about the different varieties of cinnamon.

Cinnamon Maple Sugar

Two of nature's most delightful gifts – cinnamon and maple – come together to create a culinary masterpiece: Cinnamon Maple Sugar. This blend encapsulates the sweetness of maple trees with the warm embrace of two unique varieties of spicy cinnamon, offering an unparalleled sensory delight. What’s better than a lofty stack of cinnamon French toast on Saturday morning? We bottled that weekend magic by mixing strong, sweet Saigon cinnamon and citrusy Ceylon cinnamon with real maple sugar. Sprinkle this cinnamon sugar over oatmeal, stir it into coffee, or fold it into a cobbler topping. Oh, it’s great in our favorite Cinnamon Toast Cookies too!
