Chile Lime Fruit Salad
This fresh fruit cup is amazing on a hot summer day. The crispy crunch of the fruit and salty-sweet blend of spices make for a refreshing and healthy snack.
Yield: 2 Servings
Preparation Instructions:
Slice lime in half, and rub the cut side against the rim of two short glasses glass. Dip the wet rim in 1 tablespoon of chile lime seasoning.
Add cut fruit to the cups, juice each cup with half the lime, and sprinkle each with 1/2 tablespoon of the spice mix.

Try adding other fruits like watermelon, papaya, apple, honeydew, and dragon fruit. If using mango, it is helpful to use one that is slightly underripe.
