This remains the classic blend for holiday turkey seasoning. The smell of the spices and roasting turkey is as much a Christmas scent as is the pine Christmas tree. Hunters love this blend too, as the coriander and orange pair will with the gaminess of venison and wild fowl. Rub about 1 tsp per pound into large cuts of meat before roasting. Ingredients: Kosher salt, pepper, sugar, turmeric, orange peel, coriander.

Good on pork but my favorite use is for grilled or roasted chicken.
Apply generously as a rub to bone-in split chicken breasts with skin on. Place in food storage bag and allow to marinate in refrigerator for about 12 hours. Slow cook at 230 to 250 degrees in ceramic smoker to internal temp of 165. Chicken remains moist with slow cook.
This seasoning is classic and I use it on pork chops for a subtle unique flavor that changes the entire meal!
I can never get enough of this blend. I especially like it in scrambled eggs for breakfast. It is literally great on anything.
