Indescribably Delicious
I actually used it on chicken: I did a generous rub inside and outside of two roasting chickens, put a pat of butter on each and roasted covered in stoneware cooker until the end when I took lid off and browned nicely with convection. My family said WOW! It was the best chicken we ever had. The amazing spices permeated the whole chicken.
