The Sugar
Bright and aromatic, our premium Yuzu is blended with cane sugar, tamarind, and ginger for a sweet, citrusy topper. Stir into cocktails, lemonades, and teas, brighten icings, sprinkle on cakes and cookies, or top fresh fruits and ice cream desserts.
Extremely versatile and lovely little blends. The Salt one is great for adding a little salt and citrus zing to various dishes (I really liked it on hashbrowns, myself), while the Sugar one is such a lovely treat on drinks! Though, I recently used the Yuzu Sugar in place of regular sugar in a stir-fry sauce, and it was wonderful!
