I use this mixed spice on many of my savory dishes. It goes well with almost everything! Can't wait until is is available again!
This was the best addition to my pork tenderloin roast!! Added the right amount of flavor and aromatics to further enhance the tender pork. Tented it with foil to rest so the juices settled back into the meat and it was fantastic! I will definitely find other ways to use this.

This is a unique and herbaceous blend. The grind is small enough so that there is no unpleasant texture, but not too fine as to be powdery. I like that there is no salt so I can dial the the intensity up without over seasoning.
