Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken

Delicious! The chicken falls off the bone. I used only one (rather large) preserved lemon. My family loved!

This is my new favorite slow-cooker dish! It's remarkably flavorful and simple to prep and cook as well. I researched a few similar recipes online but this is what I'd recommend in terms of flavor profile and simplicity.
