Perfect for Barbeque Salmon

It all started when a Spice House pro recommended this with salmon. I now use this on our salmon every time we barbecue it. I just put a very slight oil rub on and then the Gateway to the North spice mix. I sear the spiced side, but not too much to cause extensive burning. I then remove the salmon from direct heat and cook til desired doneness. The searing, along with the maple sugar, caramelizes beautifully along with the other spices adding flavor. A true winning Combo!

Gateway To The North

Wow! This spice is amazing! Used it on baked sweet potatoes and the flavor popped! So glad I tried it. Can’t wait for Thanksgiving to use it on the veggies, too! You just gotta try this one!

Great Spice

I make snack crackers with lavash bread. I cut the sheets with a pizza cutter, spray a dash of pam and top them with Gateway to the North, and back them until lightly browned. It is an excellent low calorie snack!
