This is one of my “go to” spices for pork. The spice level is not overwhelming…..just enough.
The spices are fresh and the blends are perfectly balanced.
We've used this delicious garlic/maple mix on baked fish--especially on salmon and char--and have recently used it to perk up Skinny Pop popcorn. My wife and I are both sensitive to salt and this spice does not taste salty to us. Just ordered another jar.
Try this on popcorn with a splash of olive oil…..Outstanding!
I use gateway to season chicken breast, fish, steamed green beans, and all roasted vegetables! I love the large packets to refill my ever empty jars too!
