Jar, 1/2 Cup, 2.5 oz.


  • 1 12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup water or orange juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp Grand Marnier or Cointreau, pomegranate seeds, orange sections, or finely minced jalapeno

Preparation Instructions:

Simmer cranberries, water, orange zest and sugar over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.

Once the cranberries begin to pop (about 7 minutes) stir frequently to prevent sticking. When all cranberries are popped and the mixture is very thick, remove from heat and stir in add-ins if desired.
